Introduction & Teaching Philosophy:
Zheng Yi (Jessica) considers flexibility to be extremely important when teaching, and therefore is very open to new teaching approaches and suggetions from students. She endeavors to make her classes fun and strives to incorporate topics of interest to her students into each class.  She believes interesting subject matter assists students with their own discovery of the Chinese language. By also incorporating modern Chinese culture into her classes, Jessica offers relevant and practical knowledge to her students, so that by the time they leave her class, each student is equipped to use the Chinese they have learned straight away.
