海底捞火锅 (Hai Di Lao Hot Pot restaurant) serves up authentic Sichuan hot pot. The handpulled noodles is not a dish to miss. 

 

 

They also allows customers to order half dishes, making it perfect for smaller groups or perhaps a single hot pot binge. 

And they have exceptionally good service to boot. Long queues are the reality, but its hard to complain when plied with tea, juice, snacks, friuts and manicures.
