She works to gain student participation by utilizing creative lesson plans and incorporating a "real life" connection to language subjects. She encourages a great deal of discussion and self-expression during each class sesson. Her aim is to help students discover his or her individuality as it applies to speaking Chinese while also promoting a creative and fun learning environment.
